Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons in their New Jersey home. In addition to leading the radio network at Bloomberg, Michael enjoys training future broadcasters, occasionally teaching as an adjunct professor at the City University of New York Graduate School of Journalism. His love for radio began as a teenager at all-scholarship Regis High School, where he launched a "radio station" over the school's public address system. Michael holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Journalism and Television, also from NYU. He has earned dozens of journalism awards, including honors from Associated Press, United Press International, The New York Press Club, and the International Radio Festival. Before joining Bloomberg, Michael was a news anchor and reporter at radio stations including WCBS, WOR, WNEW, and WRKS (Kiss-FM) Radio, all in New York City. He also led the creation of web sites for Bloomberg Radio and Television. He supervised the launch of Bloomberg Television, as well as international Bloomberg channels in Europe and Asia. He has held various management positions since joining Bloomberg in 1993.

Michael Lysak oversees Bloomberg Radio’s national network. Erica resides in New Jersey with her husband, Steve, and their two sons. She got her start in broadcasting on WRSU-FM at Rutgers University and was the school’s first female play-by-play voice of both the men’s and women’s basketball teams. Additionally, Erica was a fill-in radio analyst for the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun and served as a color-analyst and fill-in play-by-play voice of Manhattan Jaspers men’s and women’s basketball. She has also been a radio and television sideline reporter for Rutgers Football, the YES Network, and Atlantic-10 Conference football. Her other on-air credits include anchoring on the ESPN Radio Network and on ESPN’s local radio station in New York. Previously, Erica was a host and anchor for the National Basketball Association’s NBA TV, and for Major League Baseball’s MLB.com.

PUBLIC RADIO INTERNATIONAL COMPANY REVIEWS TV
During 2004, Erica was frequently seen on NFL game telecasts as a reporter for the NFL/United Way ad campaign, anchored on NBA TV and on MLB.com. On television, Erica was a sideline reporter for ESPN’s coverage of the PBA, a play-by-play announcer for the 2003 Women’s World Cup on ESPN and, in 2005, called the action for women’s college soccer and women’s college volleyball on CSTV (College Sports Television - now CBS Sports Television). She has been an anchor for Westwood One Radio Network providing coverage of the Olympics dating back to the Beijing Games of 2008 while also providing national coverage of the NFL Draft and Ryder Cup. Erica can also anchors sports on 1010 WINS and WCBS 880 in New York. In January 2013, Erica joined CBS Sports Radio Network where she anchors nationally on over 300 Audacy radio stations. Erica began as an intern at WFAN Radio (“The Fan”) in New York City in 1997, and made her on-air debut there directly out of college in June 1998.
